Have you HEARD this album? Seriously. The cascading frenetic energy of "Spin the Black Circle"? The guitar riff (and LYRICS) of "Tremor Christ"? The haunting melody of "Nothingman"? And how 'bout the solo on "Immortality"? Only a few of this albums recommending features.
I'm on a huge Pearl Jam kick (again) right now.
Because any band that can combine lyrics about Satan's bed and an accordion number on one album deserves to be "kicked" on.

ReplyDeleteI know all about the Pixies. I don't have any of their albums though. Nirvana loved them. Krist Novelisac (Nirvana's bassist) said he felt like "Smells Like Teen Spirit" ripped-off the Pixies, and expected their other songs to fare far better. I know everything.
