This sassy and talented lil lady was the musical guest on So You Think You Can Dance recently, and I'M A FAN. The live performance was just as awesome as the music vid up there.
I LOVE her funky riffs, her rockabilly-influenced/throwback sense of style, and her Michael Jackson -esque dance grooves.*
And if I were a gorgeous black woman, I would definitely attempt to rock that hair style. I probably couldn't do it even if I were a gorgeous black woman, but Janelle OWNS it.

I liked her a lot on SYTYCD, too. The shoes, the tux, the hair, the sliding feet dancing--too cool. Her hair is almost like a black version of an early Morrissey do. And it was just fun to watch.
